Personal Training Sessions
Being fit and healthy before pregnancy combined with good prenatal care is the combination most likely to result in a healthy baby. Your body will adapt more quickly to pregnancy and you will cope better with pregnancy and labor if you are fit before conceiving.
One hour training sessions catered to your stage of postpartum recovery. We love including babies in our sessions, so you can bond with your baby and learn exercises to do with them. Sessions can be private or semi-private (2 moms & babies).
Depending on location, postpartum exercise consultations and training sessions are either done in-person (at your home or outdoor location close by) or via Skype.
